The average price of a Home Information Pack (HIP) is £279.00 - please do not pay the £400 + that is being charged by some companies.
HIP`s are required now, by Law, at the point of Marketing of the property and must be supplied to any potential Purchasor free of charge. That is the HIP ack must be complete and available before the property is put up for sale !

It is possible for the property to be placed upon the market if the HIP does not yet contain Local Authority searches (as long as they have been requested and this is shown in the pack - time limit for this document to be included is within 28 days).
